At Petalora Plants, we sell flowers, live plants, and other botanical products. Because flowers and plants are living and perishable products, all purchases of flowers and plants are final sale.

Please carefully review your order, product description, photographs, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Petalora Plants does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for flowers or plants purchased through our website.

Because flowers and plants are living and perishable products, we cannot accept them back after an order has been shipped or delivered.

All purchases of flowers and plants are final sale.

Customers may not return, exchange, or request a refund for a flower or plant because of:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong plant or flower
• Selecting the wrong size or variety
• Personal preference
• No longer wanting the product
• Natural differences in appearance
• Changes in leaf shape, color, size, or variegation
• Normal effects of transportation or acclimation
• The plant not performing as expected in the customer's environment
• The customer being unable to properly care for the plant

2. No Refunds

Petalora Plants does not provide refunds for flowers or plants purchased through our website.

Once an order has been placed, customers should not assume that the order can be cancelled or refunded.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded.

3. No Exchanges

Petalora Plants does not offer exchanges for flowers or plants.

Customers may not exchange a purchased flower or plant for another plant, flower, variety, size, color, or product.

4. Live Plants and Flowers

Flowers and plants are living products and may naturally vary from the photographs or descriptions shown on our website.

Depending on the species, season, growing conditions, and transportation process, a plant or flower may experience natural changes such as:

• Leaf movement
• Minor leaf damage
• Temporary drooping
• Minor yellowing
• Changes in coloration
• Changes in variegation
• Changes in leaf size or shape
• Natural growth or shedding
• Temporary stress following transportation

These natural characteristics do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care after delivery, including suitable lighting, temperature, humidity, watering, and acclimation.

5. Product Appearance and Natural Variation

Product photographs on our website are provided to help customers understand the general appearance of the product.

Because plants and flowers are living products, individual specimens may naturally differ from photographs shown on the website.

Differences in:

• Leaf size
• Leaf shape
• Color
• Variegation
• Growth pattern
• Number of leaves
• Plant height
• Overall appearance

do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange when the product corresponds to the product ordered.

Shipping Cost

A $30 flat-rate shipping charge applies to eligible orders shipped within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Delivery and Order Issues

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Although flowers and plants are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, customers should contact Petalora Plants if they believe they received an order that does not correspond to the order placed.

• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the packaging
• Photograph of the shipping label, when applicable

Contacting Petalora Plants about an order issue does not create an entitlement to a return, refund, or exchange.

Any communication regarding an order issue will be reviewed by Petalora Plants based on the circumstances of the order.

Orders may not be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.
